my favorite podcast
I look forward to every Monday because every episode is quite literally better than the last. Tony and Marianna put out a wealth of well researched information, include all their references, cover a wide range of questions any fitness person might have no matter their experience, and they do it thoughtfully, energetically and genuinely. Not to mention, they’ve had some incredible guests on that I’ve come to follow as well. They’ve been an active part of my fitness journey and a go to source of information. Easily my favorite podcast of the year!

My only complaint is I feel I need to sit down and take notes when I listen to this podcast because of how much information they offer!🤣

Absolutely love listening because I know Tony and Marianna are factual, know what they talk about and back up everything they say with evidence. They keep topics interesting and fun to listen to.
