Great info for endurance athletes
Really enjoying this podcast, a good mix of training information and interviews without too much sports ‘news' (which dates fast any way). Lively presenters who seem to have a lot of fun putting this podcast together, which comes across in the audio. Bevan’s got me convinced that polarised training is the way to go and Mikki’s got the research and recipes to tweak my nutrition for training and ‘off-duty’.Read full review »
