Fantastic podcast
The fitter radio podcast is educational, evidence-based, motivational, and always entertaining. It's probably now my favourite podcast to listen to while out for an easy run. I love the fact that while it covers some of the recent research in endurance sport and nutrition in a balanced and objective way, it also contains interviews from professional athletes, which are incredibly inspiring, as well as humorous and entertaining. What would make a great addition to the podcast would be a speaker or reasearch on the mental and psychological aspects of training/racing. Got introduced to the podcast in January and today I'm finally upto date. It has changed the way I view my diet completely. LCHF is the way forward. No more bonking on those longer rides/races. Keep up the good work.
