“Been a fan of Greg's work over the years. If you're a student of aviation accidents one of the biggest lessons is it's almost NEVER one single thing (MCAS). Instead it's usually a cascade of 6 or 8 smaller issues which conspire to cause the accident. Lion Air is exactly that situation. Should MCAS have been introduced and trained for for differently? Obviously. But this was a totally avoidable accident apart from the defective AOA sensor and MCAS.”Read full review »
