Helpful guest but…
Disturbing use of phrase “fat makes you fat” which I think is a dangerous admonition especially in the eating disorder/ food addiction recovery field. The podcast I always needed
I was searching for something like this on food addiction but this podcast spoke to me in ways I never imagined. It’s helped me come back from the brink and seek a way forward. The presenter is excellent and the guests are brillant to listen to. Thank you for making this podcast.
