Disturbing use of phrase “fat makes you fat” which I think is a dangerous admonition especially in the eating disorder/ food addiction recovery field. I was searching for something like this on food addiction but this podcast spoke to me in ways I never imagined. It’s helped me come back from the brink and seek a way forward. The presenter is excellent and the guests are brillant to listen to. Thank you for making this podcast.

As a current compulsive over eater who is playing around with the idea of going to OA meetings and getting help, this podcast has helped me understand more about what goes on in my brain and makes me feel like there is actually hope for me.
