It really is food for thought
I absolutely love this podcast! Colleen has literally changed my life and I am so grateful! I am amazed by how much I didn't know about where my food came from. Now I have the power to make informed decisions about how I nourish my body. Most importantly, I have the courage to stand up for what I believe in and live healthfully while not contributing to the exploitation of animals. Colleen provides very useful and practical tips for being vegan/vegetarian in social situations. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is vegetarian or vegan or is interested in learning more about the lifestyle.Read full review »
