I look forward to this podcast because it provides information in a simple, entertaining way and really gets me thinking about the issues around the nation's food supply. This is by far the best vegetarian/vegan podcast on Itunes. Colleen is one of the few people who not only cares about the animals but is "speaking her truth" and is helping to educate others about vegetarianism.
