As a lifelong vegetarian, who is currently and for the majority of her life has been vegan, I heartily appreciate this podcast. I've often taken my diet for granted in the sense that having been animal-free for so long, I don't always consider the ethical element to my choices. With modern culture so focused on the health claims posed by diets, it's important to actively reflect also on the impacts our food choices make beyond our own bodies. Colleen's podcast is amazing, for vegetarians, vegans, AND meat-eaters. This podcast inspired me to go veg. The way she talks about the animals is eye-opening, but not terrifying. I have been considering being a vegitarian and colleen has inspired me to become a vegitarian. she puts it so basically and so blunt. She is a corragious* trooper and i am her new biggest fan. Colleen you rock.
