Will inspire you to be an even better vegan
I listen to many of the vegan podcasts out there, and this is the best one for me. So far anyway, it's simplicity is wonderful. No news stories, no rambling about what happened with friends over the weekend, no incestual interviews with other vegan podcasters, just eloquent, powerful, well-formulated debunking of vegan and animal-rights myths. I've also read many of the animal-rights books out there, and still Colleen has helped me understand arguments in a new perspective. For instance, I like her reference to milk drinkers as "unweaned humans." That might sound like she's condescending toward non-vegans, but that's absolutely not true. She just doesn't give any ground to the many, often-seemingly-rational excuses people give for continuing to consume meat, dairy and eggs, or should I say corpses, lactations resulting from the gestation process and products of the menstrual cycle?Read full review »
