Good message, poor delivery
I am sad that the author of this podcast seems so centered on her work that she doesn't realize how judgemental and trite she sounds. Her message is good and well-informed, and she is clearly passionate about this worthy cause, but I was so distracted by her repeated discussions of her other ventures (articles, her DVD, etc.) and how much mail she has to respond to, as well as her dismissal of folks who disagree with her after hearing her message as being unwilling to "engage in a dialog," that I had a hard time sitting through full episodes. She says that she wants to reach a larger audience, yet so much of her delivery turns me off (and I've been a passionate vegetarian for most of my life) that I doubt her ability to achieve her goal through this medium.Read full review »
