“I love this podcast and am so happy I found it. I've been on the search for a good health-related podcast that isn't geared towards a paleo or athlete-type diet and this is it. Thanks ladies! Also, I love the insight they both bring from their backgrounds and also as registered dietitians. I've been trying to make the switch to a vegetarian diet and it's encouraging for me to hear their suggestions and how you both approach the lifestyle. Plus I love their personalities.
