Touching & useful stories
Christy is a fantastic interviewer and manages to find guests with fascinating stories. Her style is very laid back, and I love that they essentially break bread together each time she does an episode — it’s a lovely part of the show. Christy has dedicated this season of the show to eating disorder recovery & health at every size, which is a topic that is immensely useful and relatable for me, as someone who has always struggled with her relationship to food. This is a very high quality podcast that I look forward to each time!

Christy is awesome! As a fellow dietitian who focuses on intuitive eating and spreading awareness about the dangers and pitfalls of the dieting culture, I really appreciate listening to her and her work at large. Love it!
