Okay, I get the setup of laid-back in-the-know chat over a cup of tea -thing, sure. Unnerving, still their choice. Fundamental mistake exhibit A: the romantic metaphysics saturating every last sentence, it's "rich/fascinating/so good/intense/captivating" through & through, with the same informative/intersubjective load-out as is to have to sit through a ton of holiday slides of irritating neighbours; exhibit B): They never stray from confusing the author with her or his work. Well, there or about. Broad, deep and accessible. Stig and his team are confident not pompous and I think do a fabulous job. This podcast is one of the best ways of being up to speed over a huge range of culture politics and literature. Keep it up!
