I listened to the Nathaniel Bar-Jonah series (from 2021) and while I appreciate the thoroughness of the research, I don’t understand Kelly’s role here. She just interjects with completely useless often one word comments and is weirdly aggressive. I’d like to hear this without her additions....Read full review »

I initially found this podcast while searching iTunes for content about Zak Bagans. I did this because he fascinates and infuriates me in equal measure. I realise that searching for podcasts to try and reaffirm my opinion on a celebrity that I have never met and never will meet is odd, but that’s...Read full review »

Interesting, informative, well paced and imaginative review. We watched the movie that night and loved it. Thanks for this wholesome scary fun.

I love these two. It’s rare to find a podcast that can balance covering unique horror and true crime stories while still maintaining great research and still being fun! Great editing, great people. Thanks for all your work, Kelly & Byron!

Body organs should be donated, they’re being wasted inside this creators’ body.

You know what this podcast needs more of? Kelly. Her voice, political views, and opinions. Horror < Kelly. That would be great. Btw, can someone do a welfare check on Sam?

Saying they aren’t judging Zak Bagans but then pokes at grammar and political views? Who cares?!

Whenever I hear the theme song I used to smile because I knew I was going to get some entertaining and quality horror coverage. It’s also really catchy. Yesterday I saw the movie that the theme song comes from. Now when I hear it I curl up in a fetal position and think about horrible horrible...Read full review »

Started on the zak bagans episodes and i must say this podcast reminds me of my own except more “segments” which isnt a bad thing. The host and cohosts are funny and relatable dont go to off topic and honestly i feel like im listening to my friends podcast if my friends did podcasting….thats...Read full review »

I just listened to the Scary of 61st episode and… wow. I thought Bryan was pretty good but Kelly has no business reviewing movies??? Just constant projections and critiques based on nothing but her perceived bad vibes of the director? Like just true contempt for art. I haven’t been that annoyed...Read full review »

Like most listeners, I have quite a few shows I listen to every week. Out of all those shows, I look forward to frightday the most.

The female host at one point decided to talk about religion and her children and she went into this diatribe that literally sounded ironically like she was reciting some rote religious text. She sounds like an indoctrinated crazy person it would be awesome if they could speak about the topics...Read full review »

Why dies byron feel The need to interrupt with horrific jokes ? Does he always need all the attention ? Why does byron feel the need to interrupt and be the center of attention ?? He seems very jealous Kelly you should start your own show - great work

This is one of my favorite podcasts. The banter and chemistry between Byron and Kelly is great. It’s kind of opened my eyes to a new genre that I don’t have much experience with. Keep up the great work

Listened to the Saint Maud episode..... or should I say a meandering conversation with tons of advertisements and a meager 30 min conversation about the movie which was impossible to find and at the end.

I’m normally FREAKED OUT by scary movies but this podcast engages in the genre in a light and informed way. They know the science behind all the paranormal and also have great banter! I’m hooked!

Omg! So below is a a review I wrote months ago in a tizzy 😂 I was going to say “What up? Stay cool”... I’ll just leave this little morsel there. Reading the reviews hating on the absolutely silly Kelly is the worst thing about this podcast. No one is forcing you to listen. Stop being mean. Love...Read full review »

I ran across Frightday about 6 months ago since then I have listened to their whole catalog including their Patreon podcasts. Byron, Kelly, and Sam have the best banter and the most interesting topics around. I can’t recommend this podcast and these hosts enough!

. . . on Frightday After about 200 episodes in I completely forgot how I even stumbled here. By the way that listening started about 2 months ago. That’s a whole lotta ear candy. The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. Amazing podcast. Kelly, Byron, and Sam are the heroes we need but not the ones we deserve. This brings in every aspect of things I love; horror movies, seriel killers, conspiracies and obscure 90s references! Keep up the good work guys
