I feel so understood
I‘ve just finished to hear the episode „God just circled this spot for you on a map“, lying on my couch, being pregnant, eating German „Lebkuchen“ in September (specialty we eat on Christmas) and doing NOTHING. I‘ve been performing for almost 20 years in business, always prioritizing my work with the result of two burnouts within 2 years. Thanks to 2020, and also thanks to Rachel, I‘ve finally understood, that this has to STOP. I feel so connected with you, Rachel. And now I’m pregnant and for years, I was not feeling the need and wish to have a second child but well, this year has changed a lot and now I’m pregnant, thanks to the German system, I’m at home and have time to heal and to feel my pregnancy, to take care of myself...and now you’re also changing your opinion thanks to Lea.😉 So much parallel things in our lives. Maybe your broad variety of emotions and life situations makes you so connectable to many, many people and gives many of us a sense of being a close friend.❤️Beautiful dharma, even if it’s hard for you. I’m very grateful and must say, that this spot on my couch with my Christmas cake in september is just a great spot that god circled around me.😉Wish you the same, dear Rachel and someday not too far in future, you will find your home again. All the best to you, with lots of love. ❤️Thank you for still being present with your podcast. You couldn’t do a more precious work. 🙏🏾❤️

It is amazing to listen to such an internationally well known famous yoga instructor/business woman/guru/mother/wife be so brutally honest. There isn't any BS and that's amazing because that's life. It's incredible to have such a positive role model out there who is letting people...Read full review »
