I always look forward to Fridays to listen to a new episode. It’s chatty and really makes you think all at the same time. Been listening since day 1 and still loving it!

Love you so much! Just wanted to thank you for this episode. I have been curious about this for a few years and wondered about “the details”. Leah is one lucky girl to have you as a mom, I wish I had grown up the way you are raising her 💖

Used to be my favorite podcast. I found it in 2017/2018 and always looked forward to listening. Thankful for the past episodes but I am no longer interested and would rather keep my reasons to myself but there are quite a few why I am no longer following.

I’ve heard a handful of these. Love the authentic shares and THIS one. Went through something like this w second baby and I felt like someone finally explained it similarly. Wow. I share my story on a blog and book would love to include this as an example!!!

I used to listen to her and follow her on IG. But she is nuts these days, narcissistic as can be. It’s all about her, her only mantra is me me me… I truly feel sorry for her children because they are exposed to her and unhinged opinions. Yoga Girl has nothing to do with yoga or ahimsa any...Read full review »

Rachel, your story and sharing of your life after baby #2 is so admirable. I love the way you are cherishing each moment of life. I’m 57, sons are 25 &23 and I, too, cherished every age and stage, no matter how difficult it can be at times! You pod this week really brought me back to that...Read full review »

Thank you, Rachel. This podcast has been a light for me in one of the darkest times of my life. It inspires and enlightens me. It’s like a good cup of tea, a warm fire, and a soft blanket. The podcasts around processing the old year and stepping into the new were the most cathartic things I’ve done for myself! So grateful for this. Thank you!!

I’ve been listening to Rachel’s podcast for years and following her work and one thing I know for sure: she’s real, she’s honest and she’s a fantastic storyteller. I’ll admit, I do sometimes miss having guests on the show with a bit more substance, and sometimes I feel like the show is a diary,...Read full review »

Rachel Brathen's conversation with Julia Cameron is a beautiful exploration of the profound art of listening. "From the Heart with Rachel Brathen" consistently offers deep dives into topics that touch the soul, and this episode is a testament to that. Rachel's genuine curiosity...Read full review »

Check out Elizabeth Ashley Secret Healer books. She does deep research on a plant and explains history, historical uses, folklore, astrological qualities, chemistry breakdowns, energetic qualities and more. So fascinating! Love your podcast Rachel!!!

I love listening to Rachel’s podcast, she is so authentic and genuine, funny, and inspiring. It’s the only podcast I listen to regularly. Thank you for existing!!

Rachel Brathen is a special and unique being. She’s not your guru but she’s a pretty good guide. Funny, kind, compassionate, wise, vulnerable, aware, awake and real - I look to her podcast for so many things - advice, wisdom, guidance, ritual and safety (which is less common than you might think...Read full review »

Rachael, your podcast is true and real. Todays episode on “Does it take a village to raise a child” spoke to my soul. You brought into existence the experience I felt with my son. I‘ve just finished to hear the episode „God just circled this spot for you on a map“, lying on my couch, being pregnant, eating German „Lebkuchen“ in September (specialty we eat on Christmas) and doing NOTHING. This show is such a warm cup of tea…I love tuning in every week. So much of Rachel’s life seems to align with my own journey (gardening, raising kids, yoga, sustainable living, etc.) Especially now as I’m 37 weeks pregnant. Thank you Rachel for sharing your heart with us every week!

I’ve been listening and following Rachel since her first episode. If you’ve been a long time listener like myself, hearing about Finn’s free birth was so special and meaningful. From the first episode to now, Rachel has always kept it so raw. And nothing shows her growth and transformation as a woman quite like this full circle podcast moment.

Everything is about her and she will never admit that she may even possibly be in the wrong - she’s always right and it’s her way or no way. No in between- no looking at it from two sides- she just knows everything. Period. Of course a narcissist will never admit (or be able to see) that they are...Read full review »

Dear Rachel, I want to send you a big hug 😍. I’m giving massages especially to pregnant women.
