Speaking feelings into reality
Rachael, your podcast is true and real. Todays episode on “Does it take a village to raise a child” spoke to my soul. You brought into existence the experience I felt with my son. There is so much expected of women and mothers in our society. How do we care for ourselves while carrying by so much? Starting with the question helps us all. May the next generation of mothers have a different experience. May they be supported to care for their children because they are cared for deeply by the people around them in helpful ways. May it be available to all women regardless of family situation or income. May our babies have the gift of mothers who are cared for. Thank you for your words and thoughts…you are exactly who the world needs exactly as you are.

Listening to Rachel's podcast gives me insight (after reading her book) to what hanging out and picking her brain would be like if I could make my way to Island...Read full review »
