Great podcast that is just what I needed in my weariness out here trying to human.

I really appreciate your ideas and thoughts on cancel culture, the left, and society in general. It can be lonely to be a leftist in cancel culture ground zero (I’m sure you know which city/state I’m talking about!)who doesn’t conform to the current identitarian based social media performative...Read full review »

Subtitle: I was mad at the cancel kids when they came after me, but then they came after the Jews and I realized we still have a lot in common!! Try using those critical thinking skills that have served you so well when YOU’VE been the target of misinformation, cancellation and abuse. Feels...Read full review »

These March 2023 programs have been really excellent. Good work. And I hope some people listen and begin to understand.

I was so pumped to see this episode pop up in my feed and it didn’t disappoint. You should have Reed on again sometime!

I come from an over educated centre left background and recently have been leaning more right due to identitarian nonsense and internet insanity. I absolutely love that the hosts are tackling cancel culture from the (far) left - it’s fascinating. Clementine is so incredibly interesting as a...Read full review »

Highly recommend this to anyone on the left (or anywhere on the political spectrum honestly) who feels alienated or confused about where they “belong.” It is refreshing to listen to people who have real principles they have thought deeply about, and who model that behavior to others.

Just a liberal weird podcast. Get a real job and life.

Really wanted to listen to this podcast after hearing Clementine interviewed on Blocked and Reported. Tried multiple episodes but the audio quality was so painfully bad I couldn’t continue. Really looking forward to when the audio is improved enough to provide a non-painful listening experience!

After listening to a few episodes (one recommended to me by Clementine and then following along and listening to a few of the episodes mentioned within) I can’t say I learned anything from this podcast, or gained new insights. Whip open just about any criticism on so called “cancel culture” and...Read full review »

Clementine talking to Molly/Mole Frances is the most insufferable thing ever; complete waste of time where two white women with large SM platforms complain about SM. The fact that they both support cultural appropriator Hillary “Hilaria” Baldwin makes sense. They are all three vapid,...Read full review »

It isn’t often you find an interesting podcast that shows you a corner of politics that makes you think about all the silos of information. The work that these hosts do is important. Discussion that breeds thoughtful positions and finding common ground in humanity. If this is the medicine you...Read full review »

As someone who is also a trauma survivor, a person who has a history of seeking healing in all sorts of places — I am having a hard time receiving this message when it’s steeped in 12 step ideology. As a former 12 stepper with 8 years in the program, who left 12 step spaces due to their cult like...Read full review »

This was really educational for me. I have sensed cancel culture is dangerous, but I’m not hugely involved in cancel culture due to being nearly 40. But this was super helpful in understanding better. And I love how you negotiated how left and right should talk with each other.

I really enjoy the episodes with just Clementine and Jay, and I broadly agree with their premise as well as most, if not all, of their ideas about the punitive nature of online canceling/callouts within the left, overstatements of harm, etc. However, and this is a big however, i think they need...Read full review »

Thank you for this podcast. You’ve helped me to understand so many things that have been bothering me for years. The far left has become somewhat cult-like and I don’t want to be just another cult member who’s drinking the kool aid. You are helping me to liberate my mind.

Petition to subtitle this show “Discussion topics to help guide you to actually being the person you think you are”? So beyond grateful for this podcast.

This conversation is so necessary. It's so sad that people would have to feel fearful of their own thoughts & opinions, not to mention voicing them. You both are awesome, keep it up!Read full review »

This show has an interesting thesis, that using “canceling” as a response to perceived inappropriate/abusive behavior is, in itself, ALSO abusive behavior. And the show claims that it is going to explore an alternative to canceling, a method that is rooted in the rehabilitative practices of...Read full review »

Buckle up because these episodes are long. I promise you they’re worth it. They’re long because the complexity and nuance and care the hosts offer cannot be captured in 60 second Instagram videos or 2x2 memes.
