Informative, real, funny
There is so much to love about the Fuel for the Sole Podcast. It provides a wealth of information about running for runners of all levels. There is absolutely no judgment for slower runners, but rather encouragement. The episodes aren't targeted at specific groups, but inclusive of all runners. The hosts include entertaining banter and are very realistic about running! I look forward to listening, and am so thankful for this podcast! I listened while training for my first full marathon, and am now doing what I never thought I'd do--train for a second! Found this podcast recently and binged literally every episode on a solo road trip. Learned SO much about carb loading, period weight gain, nutrition timing… have shared with all my running friends and patients!! This team is amazing! Thank you!
