Often had poor and inconsistent audio quality. I wish they answered more listener questions. Thomas seems like a surface level guy who lacks a deeper understanding of more complex topics. Or even simple topics at times. I was truly mind blown when he didn’t know what preworkout was. He also seems to have some weird issue with “vegetarians who push their views on others” and yet he is the one who takes every opportunity possible to bash vegetarians. I like how both Meghans can talk about a topic like specific diets or not eating meat from a factual/science based angle, rather than just rattling off made up claims .

So grateful for this podcast! Runners are so often left on their own to figure out how and when to fuel their runs. Many times learning only through what doesn’t work. This podcast answers all those questions and then some! All throughout being funny, honest and relatable.

Lots of practical advice. Some great ideas to try out. Fun and engaging banter between the hosts. Gives good reasons behind the theory and then how to apply it. Thomas is a terrific case study :-)
