“I just listened to E32 in fueling nutrition. It answered my question on why I felt like crap after Berlin. I dropped my final Ucan at mile 18 and only had my handheld that had a little electrolyte left in it. I finished feeling nauseous and I was a lighter shade of my usual pasty white. I have those Untapped and I think I’ll mix that up with my UCan. I also need to try preloading or loading earlier in my next marathon London 2023. :). Thank you very much.
