So impactful
I can't express enough how massively impactful this podcast has been to my running. Prior to listening to this, all I had was nutritional hearsay and tips from other runners, some conflicting, and was as much a nutrition novice as there had ever been in running (I didn't know about gus, gels etc until I was 3/4s of the way through my first marathon training plan). This podcast outlines, in such a massive way, exactly how you should think about nutrition as a runner. What a great podcast! The advice and information is practical and backed by science. It is very easy to listen to while learning so much along the way. The 3 hosts have excellent chemistry and are quite funny together. I had a smile on my face while listening. I can’t wait for more episodes.
