One word… amazing!!!
This is by far my favorite running podcast! It blends comedy with science based nutrition advice for the endurance athlete. It is easy to understand and never long enough! I have learned so much from podcast that helped me shave 11 min off my marathon time! Go carbs! My only con is that a new episode comes out every other week! I wish I could hear them weekly!! Thank you so much for this amazing resource!

This is a very informative and practical podcast in which the 3 hosts answer mostly running-specific nutrition questions. I thought I just couldn’t take gels. But I learned that I was under fueling and under hydrating. After listening to this podcast I finished a 70.3 without feeling like I wanted to puke. And I used gels for the whole race!
