This podcast made me realize that gels aren’t the problem!
I thought I just couldn’t take gels. But I learned that I was under fueling and under hydrating. After listening to this podcast I finished a 70.3 without feeling like I wanted to puke. And I used gels for the whole race!

I love listening and geeking out about all the fueling challenges runners face! Feathers is a wealth of information and Thomas and Meghan add a lot of practical experience. Meghan does a great job summing up the main points at the end and Thomas brings the humor. I’ve learned so much from listening!
