This podcast made me realize that gels aren’t the problem!
I thought I just couldn’t take gels. But I learned that I was under fueling and under hydrating. After listening to this podcast I finished a 70.3 without feeling like I wanted to puke. And I used gels for the whole race!

Great podcast and great information. There is never a dull moment with Thomas on the show and the information and practicality are amazing as “Feathers” isn’t just a dietician but a competitive runner herself.
