Great info for the endurance athlete!
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this show! It has dealt useful information for fueling our workouts. Before this show or following Featherstone nutritionI was running fasted and trying to lose weight while training. I was also suffering from frequent headaches and multiple injuries (shocker!). After listening to their expertise, I’m now fueling efficiently, feeling great and getting PRs! Can’t recommend them enough!

This is by far the easiest to digest podcast on all things nutrition and hydration. As a non-elite (working for sub 3 BQ) runner I didn’t know what I was missing in my training from a nutrition, calorie, protein and sodium perspective. If you want to get your nutrition sorted out as a runner, Meghann has got you covered. I wholeheartedly recommend both this podcast and her IG – you will learn a ton. The trio keeps the conversation light-hearted yet informative, never getting bogged in a dull moment. Keep up the good work!
