This podcast speaks to me!
I love listening to Fuel for the Sole. Their topics are so relevant to every runner and I always felt that whenever I listen they are answering the exact questions I have! I also love that they are great athletes themselves (sub 3 marathoners)... if it works for them might as well try it! The biggest takeaway is that nutrition doesn't have to be complicated or fancy! Really great breakdowns of scientific information and helpful nutrition advice BUT Thomas, please stop interrupting Meghann the expert!!! It’s hard to listen to his constant interruptions and mentions of being “fat”. The show would be much more enjoyable and streamlined without him as a foil.

Found this podcast recently and binged literally every episode on a solo road trip. Learned SO much about carb loading, period weight gain, nutrition timing… have shared with all my running friends and patients!! This team is amazing! Thank you!
