This is a very informative and practical podcast in which the 3 hosts answer mostly running-specific nutrition questions. The information is approachable and practical and presented in a non-intimidating manner. And it’s funny! It’s helped me to change my fueling strategy to include more salt which has improved my training very much!

I appreciate the info especially as it is pertaining to running and performing well. I used to try and eat less to stay small, but as I’m getting more into running I’m more focused on eating well to be strong and healthy.
