Good info, good banter, BUT this is tough to listen to. One person will start mumbling so you have to turn the volume up then another one will bust out laughing and the volume and noise makes you cringe. Oftentimes find this podcast painful to listen to.

This pod puts out a lot of great content for runners. But I have a real pet peeve for hosts who constantly interrupt their cohosts. That would be Thomas in this case.
