I love Brad’s science backed but also easy use advice. He has a positive tone and vibe that I look forward to and always helps motivate me! As an ex-ultrarunner, I don’t feel guilt over leaving it behind and I am loving my new sprint workouts on my treadmill! Thanks Brad!
