Calm, cool, and collected is the new way to go. They are absolutely right about anger being a real danger as well as other emotional disturbances. Such great insights! I’ll probably check the Beyond Mara and Venus book. Anyway, my biggest takeaway is NEVER speak with a negative emotional charge.
