Keep up the great work! I like how he references other good podcasts such as the Nutrition Diva. “Very useful tips, helped me achieve better outcomes on my fitness goals. Easy to understand, and yes there are regular sponsor plugs through it but it's a QUALITY, free podcast and to keep it coming I'll happily listen to a couple of mins of ads.
