Patronizing and Pedantic
The relatively new host treats his listners like they are stupid. Just about half of the show(s) goes to debunking fitness myths, that pretty much everybody knows about. Why so abrasive?
Oof I used to really like the other guy that moved on.. this new-ish one… with the accent… just No. His advice boarders on abusive. Easy to understand & informative
I love to hear how we can make exercise work for us, I have noticed that Don is having approach to the program. It took me a while to get familiar with his tone and way to deliver. Thank you for putting a new spin to it. I still missed Brock but I’m you here. ✌️😊
