“The relatively new host treats his listners like they are stupid. Just about half of the show(s) goes to debunking fitness myths, that pretty much everybody knows about. And actually he follows that old addage of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. The recent 10,000 steps show is a good example. 10000 steps is arbitrary it turns out. But there is a wealth of data showing that those that get to the 9000-10000 steps get a myraid of health benefits, none of which he mentioned. He's too busy showing us how smart he is and proving he's a logician by citing abstruce Latin terms. A waste of time, so follow my lead and find a better podcast”Read full review »
