You get to be human, too.

Description
In this episode I talk about the importance of anchoring in our higher self with our human self. It's too easy on a spiritual journey to think that you have to be in alignment 24/7, never miss meditations, stay to your routines, and keep yourself on your spiritual wagon every day. However we are human, we will have off days, we will miss meditation, fall into our egos, make mistakes, take a break from the work, feel lazy, stay out late with friends, binge watch netflix, eat comfort food, and many other things. This is OK. You get to be imperfect. You get live your life. You get to be human, too. Anchoring in your highest self isn't about obtaining some perfect spiritual version of you.. Take her off a pedistool and meet her within you. Anchoring in your higher self is more about accepting all versions of who you are - even those you feel aren't healed, spiritual, or aligned. The mere fact of you accepting your humanness is spiritual. You get to have off days, make mistakes, and experience your humanness in all her ways. And it's from there your higher self can help lead you back to your center, your truth, and your love when you feel you have fallen off your spiritual wagon. This is how we learn, grow, evolve, and heal. This journey isn't about perfectionism, its about integrating your human self with your higher self and allowing space for both to co-exists.
