My Childhood Regurgitated Back to Me...YES!
I am insanely nostalgic for Goosebumps, and I'm so stoked there's a podcast reviewing this book series. Not only is the book series near and dear to my heart, the podcast hosts themselves do a great job, especially Paul. Paul changed my life....I was walking down Fear Street a few years ago and the universe called out to me for a specific purpose, but the request got lost in the ether. When I asked for the universe to repeat itself, it split me into tiny atoms and transformed me into a hail storm, repeatedly falling and hitting the windows of everyone who has surpassed me in the second dimension. As I watch these people singing Christmas carols in March, smiling, rejoicing at how much joy their life has brought them, I was reborn as another bit of hail, hitting on another window, and another, and another, the universe rubbing my face in my failings. But Paul came to me and said, "The universe isn't rubbing your face in your failings, because you haven't failed at anything. You have merely invested your self worth in temporary things, and you were made for something so much greater. Look beyond what you perceive to be the comfort of others, and find yourself and you true calling. You cannot fail at being you. Only the very best you." Thank you Paul, and thank you Goosebuds!!!Read full review »

So far the goose has yet to show itself, but I digress. Hearing these guys share stories and become super critical about this beloved children's horror series that any 90s kid remembers circling in the Scolastic order forms hoping their parents would order for them. This and those crazy...Read full review »
