“I can’t even fully describe how much this podcast has improved my life. I’ve lost 35 lb so far and am about halfway to my goal weight after postpartum depression and anxiety led me to binge eating. I’m confident in my ability to reach my goal and I’ve used the knowledge I’ve gained from this podcast to help in other areas of my life. Nothing in this method is drastic and I love how it’s completely tailored to each person based on what behaviors/habits can be carried through permanently. I’m not feeling hungry. I’m not exercising myself more than I want to. I’m eating foods I previously thought I needed to nix completely from my diet. Now I just make room for things and practice much more moderation. It’s more of a mindset change than anything and the basic concepts remain the same. I really wish this stuff could be taught in health classes to nip some of the diet culture problems before they take root in the next generation.
