“I just discoverd this podcast after participating in a field trip Hannah and Erik led at the Rio Grande Valley bird festival. What a treat! After every episode I want to visit the places they go, and appreciate their sharing of the whole birding experience--everything from bird sightings and misses, to great food and drink places, to the challenges of using ebird hotspots. It's super relatable and informative, and just a joy to listen to. I am also grateful for their "real people" recommendations from field guides, to duck stamps, to travel experiences.
