Sub-par, unprofessional
After listening to the Pakistani foreign minister interview, the Hardtalk interviewer seems ill-informed and overwhelmingly biased. This affects the types of questions and the professionalism. At one point, the interviewer seems to be talking AT the interviewee. Sub-par of investigative intent of these interviews.

I have just listened to the John Major episode. Brilliant (and devastating) episode. Great mix of guests but the tone is not always right (no need to treat campaigning artists the same way as slippery elected officials). Nonetheless, highly recommended!

I love hardtalk. But I do find that Stephen interrupts his guests a lot. I also appreciate that some of them just rattle on far too much and ignore the premise of the question.
