Stephen Sackur should be allowed to give some of the delusional interviewees, like former Russian political advisers, a good slapping whilst conducting the interview.

The Allawi interview was painful to listen to. The interviewer had an obvious agenda, and would not allow Allawi to answer the questions from his perspective. He kept trying to guide the responses. a fantstic interview but tagically and regretibly too short, and its format is indiectly a part of the problem- an obsession with brevity.
