An investigation is underway after heavily decomposed human remains were discovered on a property located in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision. A somber day of remembrance was held at Pearl Harbor Tuesday morning, honoring the late Lou Conter, the last surviving crew member who was on board the USS Arizona during the attacks on Dec. 7, 1941.
