I love Michele’s podcast and am grateful to have such sound and positive advice on the topic of nutrition, exercise and health for women over 40. Michele uses her knowledge as a Physical Therapist, yoga instructor and nutrition expert along with her own personal experience and her experience with clients to help break down what action steps we can take to feel our best even when our bodies are changing. I appreciate her ability to share simple yet solid information in a short episode. I highly recommend her podcast!

As a former slave to the scale I so appreciate your episode on scales . Weighing myself used to affect each day of my life . It even affected how my kids felt about their bodies because they saw my behavior. Thank you for helping others release their reliance on the scale ! I love your podcast !
