Energy is something you can control with many different factors including vitamins, exercise, routine as well as maintaining good health and sleep cycle.  If you want to form a certain lifestyle you have to work backwards and first, make it a habit and then put it in your routine, once it is in your routine long enough a lifestyle is formed.  I share with you my morning routine and things that help me get my day started faster and how I am more excited to start my day.  Good days leads to good years and a good life.
