If you run for fun, competitively or want to start this is the podcast for you! Dr Duane Scotti has all the tips and tricks to get you running and keep you injury free. I have been working with him for a hamstring injury and he got me back into my sport quickly and effectively. I highly suggest checking out his Facebook running group and YouTube videos in addition to the podcast!

I recently discovered this podcast and was immediately drawn to it. As an older runner I love all the information provided on how to continue running injury free. And if you are injured how to best deal with it. Duane also interviews nutrition experts which I found valuable.
