Had so much potential
I love the quality of Mamamia podcasts but this one fell short. Limited useful information, especially around common pregnancy concerns like bleeding and cramping. The hosts were ditzy and poor interviewers. It felt as though each episode was barely researched and biased from the perspective of one (wealthy) mother. Couldn’t get past the first five episodes.

Bec and Mons are so funny and real. This made me feel less scared about being pregnant and taught me a lot of things my doctor and girlfriends never mentioned! Thanks for the honesty, ladies. Telling all the women in my birth class about this one!

This is a fairly inaccessible version of pregnancy and birth for most women and feels out of touch and wreaking of privilege. I really gave this a good go but I simply cannot relate to a wealthy WAG and the experiences she’s been able to pay for.

I really died and felt sorry for the poor women they interviewed in the first episode when they asked her “did it stick?” and then further along the story they were like “come on give me a good story”
