“This is the most heteronormative, gender stereotype reinforcing, non-diverse podcast I have ever listened to. I suggest the creators take a good look at themselves, and perhaps receive some education in modern families, the harm that can come from so blatantly perpetuating gender stereotypes and completely ignoring diversity in families. This podcast is an absolute disgrace and I would not recommend it to anyone with a sense of open-mindedness or who appreciates diversity and difference in families and children. Zero stars.”

“These ladies meant well. There are plenty of good laughs to be had throughout this podcast, but it is SO hetero-normative and from a position of INCREDIBLE privilege. Made me a little sad to only hear the one VERY narrow perspective. Also, lesbians, trans men and non-binary folk have babies too. 😱”

“Entertaining but really disempowering. I still remember, when I was in transition, screaming for an epidural because it was so normalised and I’d heard here you can get it till basically the end. Then the cascade of interventions started. I’ll listen elsewhere next time.”
