I can’t thank people like you enough. You are a reasonable voice among the noise and so informative. I appreciate your humility as a learner, your passion for healing, and your care for your listeners and patients. Hashimotos is a hard journey, and especially because it is a long one, it’s so...Read full review »

Thank you. I just found your podcast and this is only the second one I’ve heard…Eps 99. It’s understandable… not too technical for those of us who are not doctors. I appreciate your research and the time you put into helping others with this info. I do see an integrative medicine doctor who...Read full review »

Really appreciate your careful thought regarding topics and details provided. Working on eliminating a horrible flare up of inflammation throughout my body. Crawling out of this since February. That was what stress can do for Hashimotos! Not looking to be entertained so not horribly...Read full review »

This podcast has good information but it is dry and didn’t hold my attention. The hosts constant sniffing is hard to listen too.

I’m so thankful to Stephanie for making this podcast. It’s helped me so much with this condition. I live in Argentina and there’s no doctors that work with this approach for hashimoto. Thank you so much.

I have been listening to all of Stephanie‘s podcasts about Hashimoto’s and it has been a huge help! There is a wealth of information here and she breaks it down in a very easy way to understand. I highly recommend yet!

This is my go-to Hashimoto’s podcast. There’s always something interesting to learn about. While she does a good job of explaining most things in simplified terms, the more complicated explanations aren’t too fast to digest. I recommend for anyone trying to understand Hashimoto’s better, and...Read full review »

Was really excited to find this podcast and then heard comments about fake news/respecting Trump and then about needing animal fat to be healthy, which just isn’t at all true. Was hoping to find an educational podcast but this doesn’t sound like it.

This podcast is more addicting than my typical true crime podcast. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos almost two years ago, and I have made more positive changes in the past two weeks since discovering this podcast in terms of diet and lifestyle than I have in the past couple years. Thank you...Read full review »

Wanted to get some information about Hashimoto’s since I was just diagnosed. The first episode I played she begins ranting about fake news and how we should respect “our president”. Not interested in politics when it should be a nice escape since it’s everywhere.

Stephanie is knowledgeable and has a passion for helping her listeners. Her podcast has been a catalyst for so many positive changes in my life and “little by little, a little becomes a lot.” It’s true! I am so thankful for the hope I find in every single episode.

I’ve been binge listening to this podcast for weeks since being diagnosed with hashimoto’s. Stephanie Ewoll’s has a wealth of information and wisdom regarding all aspects of hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. The guests she brings on are also extremely knowledgeable. I’ve learned from each episode...Read full review »

After a year of being diagnosed with a digestive disorder, I found out through a naturopath that I have Hashimoto’s (which makes a lot of sense!) and immediately I got hooked on this podcast. It’s truly one of my favorites and is sooo helpful!

Lost my interest at “you need animal fat”. You don’t. Please review the latest studies. I would recommend a book How Not To Die by dr Michael Greger.

I am motivated to eat better, more veggies because I really do want to feel better and have more energy. Not being so cold all the time would be a nice benefit as well.

This podcast is answering so many questions for me! I’ve been struggling with thyroid issues for years with little to no progress. I feel like Stephanie can help anyone who is struggling!! Thank you for being a light at the end of this awful thyroid tunnel!

I have been to several endocrinologists, and have read tons of articles online and none were as clear or informative as these podcasts. I’m so excited to finally have some answers and clarity. It gives me hope that I can manage this condition and not put myself at risk to develop further...Read full review »
