Informative and Digestible!
Thank you. I just found your podcast and this is only the second one I’ve heard…Eps 99. It’s understandable… not too technical for those of us who are not doctors. I appreciate your research and the time you put into helping others with this info. I do see an integrative medicine doctor who says that it’s the GMOs in gluten that is problematic- that there is something in it (sorry I don’t know the scientific term) that mimics thyroid-making our body think we’ve got more than we do…and therefore, it stops producing enough. This is why I don’t eat gluten. As for why more women have hashimotos… does that have to do with estrogen levels? That seems to be coming up a lot in autoimmune conditions-the more I read and research—that there is a tie-in with estrogen levels. Maybe that is addressed in other episodes of yours. I probably will change my rating yo 5 stars.., I just need to hear more. Thanks again!

I have been listening to all of Stephanie‘s podcasts about Hashimoto’s and it has been a huge help! There is a wealth of information here and she breaks it down in a very easy way to understand. I highly recommend yet!

This has been life changing for me and has helped me educate family and friends on what Hashimotos is and how it affects me.
