Sarah speaks in such a relatable tone, often I’m asking myself if she is directing the podcast at me. Her approach is very relaxing and I feel like I’m listening to a friend over coffee. I have recommended this podcast to countless people, even my therapist. So so good. TEN STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
