Sarah May is incredibly smart. Her episodes really look into the science behind the issues, which is totally what I needed. It’s the difference between “you should try this” and “you should try this BECAUSE…” Even if you were a psych major or are currently in therapy, I guarantee this podcast will still be useful for you.
I recommend going back and listening all the way from episode one. Every episode is a great reminder of how to act like your best self. And whenever I’m in a bad mood, just remembering the vocabulary of the podcast helps recenter my state of mind.
